Privacy Policy

1. Local Processing & Zero Data Storage

Data TB™ provides a suite of applications, enterprise tools, and Software Development Kits (SDKs) (collectively, the "Software"). Our Software is designed to run locally on your machine, server, or application environment. We do not upload, read, scan, store, or transmit your proprietary files, payload data, or end-user data to our servers. Your data remains entirely within your authorized local or cloud environments.

2. Information We Collect

While we do not touch your workload data, we collect the minimum information required to operate our business, process your payments, and validate your Software licenses:

  • Billing Information: When you purchase a license, we collect your email address and transaction ID. All payment processing is handled securely by PayPal. Data TB does not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers or financial details.
  • License Verification Data: Our Software occasionally communicates with our licensing servers to validate your license key, track the subscription duration, and enforce the installation limits (such as PC count, server instances, or developer seats) associated with your purchased plan. This transmits your IP address and a unique hardware identifier to prevent piracy.
  • Website Cookies: We use essential cookies to facilitate secure checkouts. We may use optional analytics or marketing cookies only if you provide explicit consent via our Cookie Consent manager.

3. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect is strictly used to:

  • Verify your identity and activate your Software licenses.
  • Enforce the usage limits and terms of your chosen pricing plan.
  • Process payments and deliver electronic receipts via PayPal.
  • Provide technical support and respond to customer service inquiries.

4. Third-Party Services & Analytics

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted third parties necessary for our operations, such as PayPal (for payment processing) and our secure infrastructure providers to store your license records securely. If you opt-in to non-essential cookies on our website, we may use tools like Google Analytics to understand website traffic.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit secure encryption (HTTPS/TLS), to protect your billing and license data during transmission to our servers. Because your actual payload files are never transmitted to us, the security of your payload data relies entirely on the security of your own local hardware, servers, and operating systems.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information (like your email and license history) we hold about you. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time by clearing your browser cache and interacting with our Cookie Manager on your next visit.
